This is because most of the time an apartment is situated surrounding a city or few important places. Through this you will have the advantages of saving time because all the errands you have to do is just as far as per few steps.

Since you live in an apartment complex it will give an idea of living in a big house together. This will build up strong relationships with your neighbors who will last a life time and these relationships will be helpful for you when you are at your difficult times.
