Firstly you can say it is because of the cost consideration. Everyone will agree that it is less costly to live in an apartment rather than living in a house. The reason to this is because the present economic conditions as unemployment levels have been high resulting in a lower living standard, cost of living been high. So people like to pay the rent and live in an apartment rather managing house with mortgage to pay which is troublesome.
Secondly when you’re on rent in a particular place do you know the advantage you receive through it? It the advantage of moving to more comfortable place when there are sudden or planned changes within your family. This will allow you to live a happy live the way you want it to be. Another fact which comes to my mind is it is always better to live in rent a place if you have not settled in your life. So it is better to rent an apartment an do all the work what should be done and when you’re ready to face the world then decide on moving to house.
Finally the reason most of the people pick living in an apartment is to experience the life in a apartment which is indeed a comfortable life with all the facilities you get when living in an apartment since those facilities are not available when living in the house. Yes you may have the ability to acquire these facilities but will have to invest a lot of money to receive these facilities. Last but not least majority of people like to live a less complicated life resulting them to invest their money on renting an apartment because it provides all what they need as if everything is set all around them.
